You can have multiple websites under a single account. Our pricing is based on usage. For example, if your plan includes 100k events per month, you could have 5 websites each with 20k events (pageviews + custom events).
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Lifetime Deal plans. If you're not satisfied with the platform within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund.
To cancel your paid subscription, simply log in, go to the billing page, and click on "Cancel" — that's all there is to it!
You can also close your account from the account settings page. Please note we automatically delete inactive user data, and your account deletion cannot be undone.
